Our History
In 1971, The Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) was created and established land claims in Alaska, mandating a for-profit model where the land title is under corporate ownership. Through ANCSA, twelve regions were created. One of the twelve regions created was Bristol Bay Native Corporation.
